Mehfooz.AI Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing Mehfooz.AI for your learning journey. We are committed to providing a transformative experience. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations may be issued for online courses, trainings, and workshops purchased through our website.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances only:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Technical Issues Preventing Access: If you experience verified technical problems preventing course access for more than seven (7) consecutive days, and our team cannot resolve them within that time, you may request a refund.
- Course Cancellation by Mehfooz.AI: If a course is canceled or discontinued before your access begins, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are not available once:
- You have accessed or downloaded any course materials.
- You have completed more than 10% of the course content.
- You have received a certificate of completion.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:
- Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts.
- Failure to meet minimum technical or system requirements.
- Discounted or promotional purchases (including Early Bird or Sponsored courses).
- Group or institutional enrollments after participant access has been activated.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:
- Email support@mehfooz.ai within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
- Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Email used for purchase
- Course name
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (Order ID or transaction slip)
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations and Enrollment Transfers
- Before Course Access: You may cancel and request a refund if eligibility conditions above are met.
- Transfers: You may request to transfer to another Mehfooz.AI course of equal or lesser value within 5 days of purchase, subject to approval.
- Substitutions: Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or reselling your account is strictly prohibited.
5. Courses Purchased Through Partners
If you purchased a Mehfooz.AI course via a partner organization (e.g. Sindh Judicial Academy, Legal Aid Society, or another institutional partner), please contact them directly regarding refund or cancellation requests. Mehfooz.AI is not responsible for third-party payment disputes.
6. Policy Updates
Mehfooz.AI reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take immediate effect upon publication.
